EULAR & FOCIS

Had a great EULAR conference in Vienna and FOCiS conference in San Francisco this year!

Presented my work on autoreactive T cells in ANCA-associated vasculitis in the session ‘new mechanisms in vasculitis and PMR’ at eular and presented this work in a poster session at the focis conference.

Met a lot of great people in the field all over the world and escaped the eular escape room with australian rheumatologists.

See you next year!

About me

Welcome! I am a biomedical researcher and medical doctor in internal medicine and strive to close the gap between the clinic and fundamental sciences with translational research. My focus is to study the mechanisms of autoimmune diseases and to translate research insights into therapeutics targeting autoimmunity.

In 2024 I was selected to receive the Marie Curie Fellowship for Breaking ANCA – a three-year global postdoctoral fellowship to study ANCA-associated vasculitis, two years at the Robinson lab in Stanford, and one year at LuVaCs Center, LUMC Leiden, NL.

On this page you will find updates on my Marie Curie Fellowship, research projects, publications, and conference presentations.
